Format/Rules:
The tournament will be played according to USTA rules. Players may enter no more than two events.
SCORING: Regular tiebreak rotation will be used for all matches, changing sides after every 6 points.
12-18 singles, 2 out of 3 Regular Sets (7 point tiebreak at 6 all), with a 10-point Tiebreak for 3rd Set if needed, No Ad Scoring.
Consolation matches will be a 8 game pro-set with a 7point tie break at 8 all
Starting Match/Match Play:
- Silence Cell Phones/Smart Watches (and leave in bag)
- Spin for Serve (before warm-up)
- 5 Minute Warm-Up
- Between Points Timing
25 seconds – between points
90 seconds – change of ends
120 seconds – between 1st and 2nd set
3 minutes – before 3rd set tiebreak
Coaching only allowed before 3rd set tiebreak. Players MUST remain on court and coaches must come on to the court.
Ending Match:
- IMMEDIATELY REPORT SCORES to Tournament Desk.
- Bring balls to Tournament Desk.
Awards:
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal in each age division
